Nova is pleased to name Charlene Zielinski our Chief Client Services Officer. Zielinski has played a pivotal part in Nova’s success, most recently serving as Director of Client Services. With nearly two decades of experience in the health insurance industry, including more than 10 years at Nova, Zielinski brings a depth of knowledge to her new role.

Nova Named Finalist Among Best Places to Work in Insurance
Nova was recently named one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Insurance. This awards program is designed to identify and honor the top agents, brokers, insurers and other providers with the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Nova is the only third-party administrator of employee health benefits on the list of 100 employers from across the U.S.
While this is Nova’s first appearance on the Best Places to Work in Insurance list, the third-party administrator has been honored among the Best Companies to Work for in New York for the past eight years.
